June 10,2015. Leg 8 to Lorient onboard Team Alvimedica. Day 3. A dolphin jumps in Seb Marsset's periphery,who is occupied with adjusting the trim of the sails to the rapidly approaching cloud line from the north. A difficult crossing of the Bay of Biscay sees 25-35 knots of wind in a big seaway,but the bulk of the fleet remains in sight after a short split overnight.
September 4,2014. The crew of Team Vestas Wind staring to a dolphin who came greet the boat on their delivery fro Southampton to Alicante in the coast of Portugal.
October 14,2014. Leg 1 onboard Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing. Dolphins escort \\"Azzam\\" as she leads the race en route to the Canary Islands under a beautiful sunset.
January 16,2014. Day 13 of Leg 3 to Sanya,onboard Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing. Dolphins put on an aerial show just ahead of \\"Azzam\\" at dusk in the Bay of Bengal.
December 2,2014. Leg 2 onboard Team Alvimedica. DAY 13. A building breeze fills the sails for the first time in days,as Alvimedica continues the northerly progress to the west of the fleet. A swarm of birds occupies the airspace over Alvimedica for much of the night.
December 8,2014. Leg 2 onboard Team Alvimedica. DAY 19. Not entirely free of the doldrums,the northerly sailing continues but not without it's sweltering heat and the occasional park-up. Sunset on the Gulf.
January 15,2015. Leg 3 onboard Team Alvimedica. Day 12. A tough 48 hours in the Bay of Bengal of little-to-no wind and staggering heat and humidity; progress east is slow. A metallic sea at sunset in no wind.
April 1,2015. Leg 5 to Itajai onboard Team Alvimedica. Day 14. Free of Cape Horn and the true Southern Ocean,the fleet turns north together,upwind past the Falkland Islands towards strong winds and still-cold temps. A lone albatross leads the way north during a beautiful South Atlantic sunset,with the moon rising in the distance.

May 26,2015. Leg 7 to Lisbon onboard Team Alvimedica. Day 09. After a day of cloudy weather the sun appears at sunset before the final night of Leg 7. 400 miles to the finish and Abu Dhabi is breathing down the neck from the north fighting for 4th position while the leading trio extend in strong winds.
June 8,2015. Leg 8 to Lorient onboard Team Alvimedica. Day 1. A group of Portuguese dolphin blow off some early morning energy in the water between Alvimedica and MAPFRE. A tricky night of choices,most notably whether to sail north inshore along the coast or further offshore to the west,was made tougher by persistently light conditions and clouds.

January 17,2015. Day 14 of Leg 3 to Sanya,onboard Dongfeng Race Team. It's incredible to watch the dolphins move through the water and play just off our bow. So much power,control and grace.
