Team AkzoNobel. Cécile Laguette 23 January, 2018. Cecile joins team AkzoNobel to achieve a lifelong dream of competing in the Volvo Ocean Race. In 2014-15, she trialed with Team SCA, and spent 6 months training intensely with the squad but didn’t make the final selection – taking on a shore role with The Boatyard. Since then, she has logged many offshore racing and sailing miles, competing on the Figaro circuit and several national championships and Grand Prix regattas around the world. |
