    • March 30,2015. The helicopter was from Punta Arenas and then we waited at Puerto Williams in the Beagle Channel, and from there 60 miles to Cape Horn. There is only a lighthouse there and a landing ramp so we hand pumped fuel into the helicopter at Cape Horn to give us extended range and time over the boats. Rick Tomlinson uses an Inmarsat Satellite BGAN terminal to send pictures back from Cape Horn.
